Good products but unsatisfactory service

We ordered the folding doors and windows from Frames Direct Ltd in December, well before Christmas. The folding doors were delivered in January but there was a long delay for the windows. They came to install the windows in February and discovered that the glass was too short. They then boarded up the opening of the window and said would come back in a week's time. We called them a few times as the draught was coming through the window and we were not able to lay the wooden floor because of that. They did not come back till end of March. When I complained to them about causing a delay to our project - they insisted that there was no delay and they never provided an apology. So, I would strongly advised you to fix an installation date with penalty attached to it if you want to deal with this company.
