I placed an order with this company but heard nothing for over a week. When I asked for an update I was told they had to wait on stock, they had already taken my money which was several hundred pounds. After a further 2-3 days the order was still not sent so I chose to cancel my order in writing which was acknowledged by the director of Safe N Sound. Ten days later I am still struggling to get a refund. I have now threatened legal action to recover my money. My advice is avoid this company and use a more reputable outfit.
